The ARC Method aims to work on the 3 distinct areas. Situations or memories that have been holding you back your whole life preventing you from reaching your true potential. The second part is enabling you to deal with daily stressors that arise and how you will have the ability to deal with these as and when they arise. The third section deals with boundaries, how to say "No" or "Maybe later" or "Can I get back you" when you are in those moments of excitement and taking far too much on. In this section we are dealing with setting achievable goals and visualising our future success.
In the first discounted session we will work on 1 key thing that you need to clear emotionally. If you are the right fit we will talk more about the full programme below.
This program is for 10 weeks. You have 8 x 1:1 sessions and 3 pre-recordings to watch. I also include a bonus meditation session that will enable you to relax/sleep.
The first three sessions will last up to an hour with the remaining sessions being between 30 - 40 minutes.
You will be provided access to my calendar to book your 1:1 session in advance. Once booked in, I understand life sometimes happens, so you can change your session anytime until 48 hours before.
Yes I am based in the UK time zone but work with people from New Zealand all the way to the USA (and in between).
Standard pricing for my 1-2-1 work is £175 per hour but I offer a discounted session to get you started & if you are the right fit I will tell you more on the ARC Programme.
